Unique environment

The Welcome Italia Data Center has unique features that make it the ideal environment for hosting your servers.

The plant and the continuous monitoring system are designed to ensure that your equipment is always working at maximum efficiency, reducing the possibility of malfunction or breakdown.

Exclusive access

Access to your cabinets is only possible via electronic identification, kept in a safe location at the Welcome Italia site. During access to the Data Center, we also provide you with a quiet room provided with connectivity to allow you to work as if you were in your company office.

Remote monitoring

All colocation cabinets come with two PDUs (Power Distribution Units) that, in addition to ensuring electrical redundancy, allow you to monitor real-time energy consumption, temperature and humidity percentage for each rack. You can check the status of your cabinets through the control panel available within the Customer AreaWI.

Interventions outside working hours

You can request access to the Data Center or remote intervention on your colocation equipment outside working hours, giving at least 2 hours’ notice to be communicated via 145 or the access number assigned.
